The six teams have conducted the project by sharing a common systemic approach and taking a framework of enablers to boost effective change in time. Since the six districts’ challenges are similar, the added value of this common approach is the enhancement of the learning processes to better and sooner achieve the goals of each city. Notwithstanding the similarities of the cities goals’, each city’s vision has its own intricacies, which translates in a specific transformation process and defined tasks. Each cities transformation process can be consulted in the following bullet points:
• Alfama, a healthy and sustainable city for all.
• Nicosia, an inclusive, accessible, urban regenerated city within the walls.
• Ptuj, the most livable and sustainable city in EU.
• Sassari, revolving around a new identity based on green and cultural network.
• Savona, a vibrant and healthy District for everyone to live, work and enjoy.
